Terra-Pro® - Bank mats:  Bank mats are employed to protect river banks and embankments from high water. They offer perfect protection from strong currents and debris and provide vegetation with the possibility to grow.

Terra-Pro® - Filter mat: Filter mats are used to avoid wash-out caused by strong currents and destruction of the substrate by debris from the bottoms of streams and rivers and are employed with water plants and land-based plants in the bank area. They area also available with plants already partially grown.

The porous substrate beneath the coconut mat has 64 funnel shaped holes per cm². The sheet works as a membrane, rainwater can pass through and is soaked up by the soil, and it is shielded from light.
Our gabion mats are employed in gabion cages for noise protection and are used for endless noise barriers. Our stitched matting protects the filling from being washed out and it protects the coconut layer from UV light and thus the matting from decomposition and disintegration.
